Hi to one and all!
« on: 13 Nov 2017, 07:57 am »
Hi,
Just to say thanks for an exemplary forum. I'm based in rural Italy and I should say now that I know very little about audio physics and even less about electronics ... but I can build cabinets. I'm very interested in speaker design and hope to choose a 3 way build over the next few months. It will be my first speaker project.
Best regards to all,
Paul

Welcome lupo7
"don't know much about audio physics, etc?" Then let me suggest you start with a project from GR Research. Danny Ritchie has done all of that theoretical work for you and you can concentrate on building one of his great cabinet designs. You will be glad you did.

And, no: I'm not his brother-in-law.

Welcome Paul,
It's nice to see another DIY speaker builder join up here.  Building speakers can be a serious psychosis and you will find no cure for it here!
