Thanks so much fore the link! and the more common name of round under bit.
I may have to get a bigger collar for my router if I can't find a 1/4" one when I pull these apart again for the new bases.

Danny, 2 questions.
I just noticed that the woofers are marked M14 & M13. Does it matter which goes where?

Now that the Voce is all gone, is there a OB center you recommend to go with these for HT? Could I build a voce or something similar?
Thanks, Mike

There are plenty of those bits around with a 1/4" shank.

The markings you are referring to are production run numbers for the surrounds. They are not model numbers for the woofers. All of the woofers for the X-Statik are the same. They are all M-165/16's.

There are a ton of X-Voce kits available, and I have a lot of fully assembled ones in stock that I have marked pretty low.

If you have never used one of these bits before please be very careful. They can ruin your project in an instant.
Practice and go slow as there is no forgiveness with these bits. You do not want one of these to kickback and ruin your nice X-statics.
