For sale Onix SP3 tube amp engineered in Australia. Amp sounds great but has a few nicks from previous owner. All new tubes with less than 100hrs on them plus the original tubes. Are the tubes in it now the same as the factory tubes, or has something new been rolled in? What is that front panel made of? Why are you getting rid of it? How much heat does this put off? I have a smaller tube pre and that's my only experience with tubes so far.

There are no tubes in it now that I have packed it. You have your choice of the original or the new ones. The newer tubes are the ones in the box. The front panel is made of some kind of metal, the tubes put off some heat but the unit itself  doesn't get hot. I'm selling because I have class D mono amps now which work better with my speakers.
