Dunlavy VI in nice condition. Selling them because I am moving my gear into the basement and the VI's won't work in that small space. In addition to the speakers, I have a spare matching set of drivers. $8800.00 US

I will crate them if necessary for shipping.

If you have the right room for them (reasonably well damped and best along the long wall) and don't mind their size/wight, be prepared to be very pleasantly surprised! One of the best and true full range speakers, designed in the late 90s.

They are very similar to the Sovereign 2001 which uses Dynaudio drivers in stead of Vifa and different caps in the xo. Never had them side by side to hear the difference.

The VI's are quite a bit bigger than the 2001's. The VI's have 15" woofers and are about 580lbs a piece as opposed to the Soverein's that come in at about 280lbs.

I don't want anybody purchasing a speaker they think only weighs half of it's weight. They could be in for a suprise.lol

A review can be found on the Stereophile site. I still have my Cherry finished pair...

GLWS, and safe packing. Do not envy the movers who will be required to move these things. I don't think I've ever stood next to a larger loudspeaker.
