iPad On-or-Off while BDP-1 is playing iPad created playlist?

iPad On-or-Off while BDP-1 is playing iPad created playlist?

Does the iPad have to be on all the time the playlist is playing or can I turn it off after the
BDP-1 starts playing it?  I have not figured out how to make a playlist yet otherwise I would
just try it.

I think I should wait until the new software is released until I start learning - are you still looking
at mid-November for the new software release?

Once the playlist starts you can turn the iPad  off.
