Jim, can a Clarinet be reconfigured as an Octal line stage?

I know you were able to reconfigure the C2 as an Octal.  Can similar simple changes be made to reconfigure the Clarinet for octal tubes?

Can you tell I am eager to explore a new project?

Yes, I'm sure it can be done.  If you choose something like a 6SN7, then you'd probably want to run at a higher plate current.  Maybe not, if you want a warmer sound.  Bias resistors would have to be adjusted.  Power supply too.
