can you rip music video DVD's?

I'm curious if there is an easy way to rip the music from music videos? for instance Pink Floyd "Pulse"  sounds way better off the DVD than the CD version....
btw, I'm a Mac guy, but can deal with PC if absolutely necessary

I use DVD-Audio Explorer to rip to 24/96 FLAC.  It is PC freeware available here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/DVD-Audio-Explorer

I don't know anything about Apple products.

Yes there is, but it doesn't work like a cd.
