We are working on a few new designs - not sure which will be completed in time for the show. At least one pair, maybe two. One is a very innovative line array.  :thumb:

"A new floorstander and maybe another speaker..."

Rick, can you provide any details/specs/photos of the new floorstander?

The MA-1 we'll be showing is a dual 7" 3-way triamped with a DEQX (a passive version will also be available).

That really is a great looking speaker. Is that an Illuminator Mid and Revelator Woofers?

Not Illuminators but something really special. Drew from Moon Audio approached me about designing a new floorstander and we co-designed the MA-1. The 7" woofer outperforms drivers like the Seas Excel and comes close to the Illuminator!

I am delighted to be supplying acoustical treatment for your room at Axpona... (we have been used together for at least two great customers!).  I really am excited about your new designs... I am sure I will get an ear full! :D

So you're not going to tell us what drivers you are using? I'm sure we can all be trusted to keep a secret.  :P

They do look nice. It will be interesting to get peoples reaction to them from the show. I hope it goes well for you. I wish I could make it down there to hear them in person. I was hoping to catch some of your stuff at AKfest but alas not this year.

Sorry - cannot divulge on the drivers other than the RAAL tweeter. Suffice to say I think the show attendees are going to be quite shocked at how these outperform most everything else at the show.  :D

Great to see you at AXPONA Rick! The system sounded wonderful. The DEQX and SLR treatments tamed the poor acoustics at the Sheraton better than any other small room. It was a nice comfortable feeling to be in there compared to many rooms with system or acoustic flaws that were too distracting to relax into the music. This is the 3rd show demo I have heard of yours and the best so far. The speakers are perfectly sized for that room and have the usual tonal transparency and dynamics of all of your active speakers. The satin finished, dark subtly figured veneer were absolutely beautiful. What kind of wood is that?
