You should contact your distributor/dealer and/or create a help desk ticket from the website.
If you can do some basic diagnostic such as measuring DC voltage out of the power supply (you have to open the cover), that will help.
Otherwise, turn off all amp channels except one, and try to see if the power supply will work - this procedure is to test if a particular failed amp module could have caused the power supply to temporarily shut down.
Regardless, you should use the Help Desk for such issue. Our support stuff don't read audiocircle.com, and we need to leave a trail of messages in the Help Desk ticket for staff to follow up.
