Make sure I got this right ...

Been reading the posts but just want to make sure I have this right ...

Regarding the Cornet, I will be using a hybrid integrated amp with the Cornet for the time being anyway.  The input impedance of the amplifier is 100K  so from reading, am I correct that with the 100K input impedance, I am probably better off leaving those output caps at .47 uf instead of going up to 1.0uf ?  My understanding is that with the 100K input imp. the .47 will pass ample bass and less rumble than a 1.0 uf ... probably too much subsonic/rumble freq. if I go to the 1.0 uf with the 100K input imp. ?

Also, I do have some inexpensive 400V Dayton branded polyprop. film and foils that I got from PE mainy for passive crossover bypass use.  Would these be worthy to try in the .47 output cap positions?

Thanks

ps.  got my board already ... ordered last Thursday I think.  Came quicker than the parts ordered from the mainland.  Nice board Jim !  Thanks !

Yes, you'll be ok with the 0.47uF.  Haven't heard of the Dayton caps.  You never know what might sound good!

jh :)
