Turducken? (Turkey Duck Chicken)

Anybody ever try one of these?
I had never heard of the the 'creation' until a few weeks ago, but the thought of it makes me drool.
The local grocery store sells a whole one for $55, and a half for $33.

He's a photo I've found on the net:

Thanks Phil!
I did a search here for the word 'Turducken', and only found a couple hits, one of them being your RAVE last year.
So, are they worth the money?
They sure sound pretty good.

Are those vegetables in there? what a waste of space!

Give me a Ten Bird Roast any day.

Turkey, goose, duck, mallard, guinea fowl, chicken, pheasant, partridge, pigeon and woodcock.
or
Turkey, Goose, Chicken, Duck/Mallard, Pheasant, Partridge, guinea fowl, Pigeon, woodcock and quail.

Or have a look for the original medieval 17 Bird dish wich included a Bustard.

Yum!

Nick.

I certainly enjoyed it!  Very moist and flavorful.  On the surface they seem expensive, but then you realize there are no bones so you are paying for all meat (and some thin layer of stuffing), so the value is there.  Also, when I ordered from Cajun Grocer, they were donating 10% of the total price to the Katrina relief efforts, so I thought that was worthwhile as well.

Bob,

I made one from cajungrocer for Thanksgiving last year and it was wonderful.  They are great folks to deal with too.  Beware, going on the cajungrocer.com web site can be dangerous :D.

Wow, that's a heart attack just for looking at it. HA HA HA
Thanks for ALL of the recommendations guys. I think this is going to have to happen in the "Bob house" one day soon.

By the way, I watched the movie "Saw IV" recently and this bacon wrapped concoction reminds me of something I saw in the movie:
