Anybody ever try one of these?
I had never heard of the the 'creation' until a few weeks ago, but the thought of it makes me drool. 
The local grocery store sells a whole one for $55, and a half for $33.

I certainly enjoyed it!  Very moist and flavorful.   On the surface they seem expensive, but then you realize there are no bones so you are paying for all meat (and some thin layer of stuffing), so the value is there.  Also, when I ordered from Cajun Grocer, they were donating 10% of the total price to the Katrina relief efforts, so I thought that was worthwhile as well.

I made one from cajungrocer for Thanksgiving last year and it was wonderful.  They are great folks to deal with too.  Beware, going on the cajungrocer.com web site can be dangerous .
