You can generate your own RMA in about a minute through the new Bryston service portal.  Good for warranty AND non warranty items:

Canada:  rma.bryston.ca

US:  rma.bryston.com

If that's true, why is there no link on Bryston's web site ?  BTW...bryston.ca defaults to Bryston.com, so I wouldn't trust keying into the site you shared. Thanks anyway!

No link likely because it's a brand new feature.  I've personally used it, and can vouch for it.  But, suit yourself.

Just curious about a couple of things..
1. How did you know about this site if it's so new that Bryston hasn't even put a link on their webpage yet?
2. If you've used it, and it's legit, why didn't James recommend it?

You are correct zeeman. This is a new portal for RMA generation. I’ve been instructed to use it by Bryston service and I apologize if I seemed a bit paranoid and doubted your statement!
I still think it needs work, but it’s functional.  Thanks for your input! ✌🏻
