HagRegulator Circuit

Here's something you can do with that spare HagClock board you have laying around.  Use it for a super-low noise regulator!  Makes a great linear regulator for your various DIY audio projects.

I made one, +/-15V in, clean +/-10V out.  Not a lot of output current available, maybe about 100mA.  Enough for opamp linestages, phono preamps, crossovers, etc.  Performance is WAY better than your typical 78xx type regulator.

I cut board in half (not necessary) right through the middle of D3.  Then I changed R3 and R11 to 2.2k (for 10V output).  There are holes on the board for both input and output wiring (test points for VCC, VEE, +5V, -5V).  Nice and small, cheap.

jh :)
