I know it is a long shot, but if anyone has a spare grill or extra set grills that will fit the Tannoy SRM12B, or knows where I can find one, please send me an email at [email protected].

On a single grill, I am looking to match the one in the photo (especially with a badge), but will consider others as well. 

Dimensions are 17 1/8 inch high by 14 1/8 inch wide.

Photos added for help in identification.  Would also be interested in a pair that fit.

It appears that other Tannoy variations used this same grill (for example, the SRM12X).

Any info on a source would be appreciated.

If you already have one grill, it wouldn't be difficult for a competent woodworker to use that as a template for a second, or to make a new pair.  The only issue then would be the badge.
