Could anyone help me find the answer to this: I stream digitalconcerthall.de in two ways: MAcbookpro wired with optical out to BDA1 and minidisplay to hdmi into my Tv, and through the Ipad2, with airplaymirroring to the Appletv2. The latter also connected to the BDA1 and HDMI into the tv.
Video through the Ipad is less HD I feel, but more synchronous than via the MAcbook. Sound however is more compressed than via the MAcbookpro out.
Since I don't know the specs I can not be sure, but would like to hear from the experts here on the board.
Airplay mirroring works like a dream though, and audio/video are completely in time with each other. Even streamed, compared to the wired setup with the MAcbookpro. The latter must have a better videoboard, and should have better video-possibilities?
