For sale is a like new factory-built Class D Audio CDA254L power amplifier that puts out 250 watts per channel. This amp is dead quiet and like all class d amps runs very cool. Although these are also sold as kits, this one was factory built. I’ve used it with both 8 ohm and 4 ohm speakers without any problems. More info can be found at the website, Classdaudio.com. Its really not even broken-in yet as it was just used for a few weeks till I received my new Belles 150A amp. The Belles is about 5X the price of the Class D, but the Class D holds its own and performs admirably. I‘d characterize the Class D sound as somewhere between solid state and tubes, and very easy to listen to for extended periods. This amp was $487 new.
