Mat replacement for the Technics SL-1200?

Mat replacement for the Technics SL-1200?

I was wondering if anyone's replaced the mat that comes with the SL-1200 MK5?  AQ Sorbothane, Ringmat?  Other options?  

How about the JA Mitchell record clamp?  I have the KAB record clamp, and I'm not convinced it's doing much.

Zaikesman & yours truly use the Michell clamp.  I really like it.

Stock mat is what works for now till Kevin figures something out...

Sorbothane is unsuitable for use in the 1200.  It is good for damping record borne vibrations, but a poor performer at damping the platter.
