They always let more stuff go during the post season. People don't want to see a four hour game with lots of penalties. The officiating looked pretty even handed to me. There were several plays in which Detroit db's were hanging on Saint receivers and there were no flags. Either way, the better team won the game. Instead of complaining about blown calls, the Lions and their wiesel coach should ask themselves why they failed to stop the Saints on every key short yardage situation and why those Saint receivers were so open all night. Two weeks in a row, the opposing QB put up record breaking numbers on the Lions defense. You can't win games if you can't play defense. The better team won and is playing at a very high level. If the Saints can play like this outside the dome, I don't see them losing.
At the end of the first quarter, Denver has rung up 8 yards of total offense. But don't worry because John Fox is going to keep running into the middle of the line until the Steelers don't expect it anymore. He's that kind of strategist.
