On July 25th I ordered (over the phone) a used Insight Control Amp that I am having upgraded to a "+" and was told it would take about two weeks to ship. Yesterday, being the impatient person that I can be, I sent the following email:
Hi,
On July 25th I ordered a used Insight Integrated Control Amp which is currently being upgraded to a “+”. I was told it would take a couple of weeks. I do realize all good things take time, I’m just checking to see if you could give me any status updates...Being later on a Friday, I really didn't expect any sort of reply until at least Monday. Today (Saturday), I received the following email, from Frank himself:
Hi Cornelis,
I am doing the upgrade to your Insight+ Control Amp this weekend.
We have been really heads down for the past two weeks getting our new
big Fet Vavle 400R and 600R amps ready to ship and have not had time
for much else.
However, I understand how important your order is and so I am working
today and Sunday to catch up on more routine things for us.
I should have your amp done and tested and burned in and ready to
ship by Monday.
