D/L only from the App Store. $29 covers a household. I'm installing it on a MacBook as we speak. Will report back with impressions.

No. Quicken uses Rosetta which is not supported in Lion.

If you have the HD space, just keep a separate partition for Snow Leopard.

The Pure Music web site says that it is certified to work on OS X Lion.

My Mini has been horribly slow since upgrading to Leopard. It is now so slow that I don't even bother using it - it just runs Squeeze Server (or what ever they call it these days).  Any idea if this might fix what ever ails my helpless Intel Duo based Mini?

$29 covers a household.

How many computers per household? How do you upgrade two or more Macs in a household for $29? Log in with the same Mac ID?

Thanks!

You should take it to the Apple Store and get some help for it.

That's exactly what you do.

As posted in several places, looks like integer mode doesn't work, hog mode doesn't work.  But the player will play.

Not completely thrilled with the update.

The inverse scrolling is going to take some getting used to. The launchpad is pretty cool, and the ability to se all the windows that you have open with a quick four finger swipe is useful. I also like how you can go back or forward on safari based on the swiping.

However, my two month old MBP seems significantly slower. Before, with snow leopard, my applications would fly open, and I everything would load seamlessly.

Now, everything seems a few seconds slower. I tried to open a blank pages document, and I got the loading wheel....

I have never seen that wheel on this computer till that point. Hopefully, Apple can remedy this issue, and make things a bit more streamlined.

People are so quick to jump on the new bandwagon and then complain when it does not work as well as before.

I have been testing Loin for months now, some of the features are good but I will be sticking with Snow Leopard as it does what I need.

The inverse scrolling is going to take some getting used to.

The first thing I did was change that in the System Preferences.

System Preferences>Trackpad>Scroll & Zoom>Scroll Direction: natural [UNCHECK THIS BOX]

Do that, and you'll be back to scrolling like you are used to.
Besides that, I am finding a lot here to like.  Still figuring it out.
