Type of wire for Bugle power

This project will be built with the power supply and pre boards in separate metal boxes. I'm wondering what kind of wire I should use for feeding power from the power supply to the pre amp. Guage? Shield? Twisted? Thanks,
Ken

I used regular RCA jacks and a shielded interconnect cable.

It probably doesn't matter too much. The currents and voltages are low. Not much noise to be shielded, nor are the lines susceptible. May as well focus on something that looks nice. Heck, CAT5 cable would be fine.
