Cooked 3 shoulders on my Weber bullet smoker. Used apple wood and my own rub

Good stuff.  I smoked 10 lbs of shoulder and 27 brats for 30 guests.

There were no leftovers. 8)

Mike,

I live in Sacramento and you didn't invite me?   :cuss:

I am devastated and, right now, a little hungry.  :jester:

Eric,
Wow that looks good.  Care to share the rub recipe.  If it is an old handed down one I'll understand if you pass.

Thanks,
Jeff

Actually it's base is the one Alton Brown did on Good Eats. I have doctored it over the years. I'll send you a pm tomorrow with the ratios of each ingredient (I don't have it memorized).

Looks great man!  Did brisket and ribs here today...had the Kings over.
Now to vacu-pac the leftovers for a great future meal as well.
Hibuck...
