Heard a snippet on NPR this morning about a new MG rolling off the Longbridge assembly line.

My second car was a 72 MG Midget with unilug wire wheels.  I loved that car (when it was running, lots of clutch issues).  The car pictured in the article could be from any/all manufacturers, certainly not recognizable as an MG.

At least this version, even if only a rebadged Rover, had some flavor of MG heritage......
