I went through TrungT's buffer build thread and have some ideas on how I want to build it.

I just spoke with Gary.

He has been looking at some houses in his area to move into. Just something that he can get into for a 6 month or 1 year lease... Everyone down there wants a credit report and they won't rent to someone with a low credit score.

Gary pays his bills and has no bad debt except for a huge pile of outstanding bills to Parkland Hospital for thousands of dollars worth of bills that he will never be able to pay off.

So now his credit score is making it tough for him to rent a house.

If it isn't one thing it is something else...
