I am not sure what the composition of No Rez is or how hard it is to cut. I do know this from cutting wood (especially hard wood): A sharp blade will cut
quickly and cleanly. A dull blade will slowly "burn" its way through the wood and end up dark and covered with residue. Using the proper blade (number of teeth and pitch) is also important. Using a finishing blade for rough cutting is also an invitation to ruining a blade.
Lesson here is that No Rez can be cut with a table saw with no residue left on the blade if it is the proper blade and it is sharp enough. Perhaps someone could post more details on what blade they used for cutting.
Thanks all who responded. I used a table saw, it was set up and ready to go. no tearing, looked like a factory edge and no residue on the blade.
Thanks again. JP
