It's funny how one looks 5 minutes through a viewfinder and does not see offending stuff, which becomes obvious the first time you look at the screen (or at the camera back), as soon as the opportunity is gone.

"Southern American", might even borderline on "soulfood".  :wink:

Upper left plate is French toast, with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
Right side is biscuits and sausage gravy. A definity "southern" food.
Lower plate, right side are potatoes (cubed and cooked in a skillet in bacon grease), left is bacon, and below that is ground pork sausage pattie.
