Tool for Ultravalve power tubes?

Someone is selling one of these on agon at the moment,
http://www.alessandro-products.com/main.php?p=accessories
(it's the first item, the bias and matching meter).
Anyone try this thing? It looks handy, maybe, but I'm not sure it's quite what I was hoping for (i.e. Wayner's fantabulous dual meter setup). It measures in mA, so one might need to make a conversion from the usual 1.56/1.6 reading. In any case, I already sprung for the fancy Fluke but I like to keep an eye out for better options.

These plug in-line with the power tubes, and is primarily used on guitar amps. Go with Wayne's setup or just buy a cheap DMM.
