Crackling distortion with uDAC-2

Hello,

I'm using a uDAC-2 with a Macbook Pro 13" and have noticed that there seems to be some low-level crackling distortion on a significant amount of music. I does not seem to be present when I use the headphone jack on the laptop.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice on how to get rid of it?

Please contact support. I think we have heard this problem before, could be due to Windows setup or the USB Hub not able to supply enough power (what else are connected to your computer?).
Try a powered USB hub.
