Hi hiradi.
May an ignorant like me ask:
Other than more power,
what are the other advantages of using those monster tubes ???
...and for the same price, may I ask how much power you get from those tubes?
Are they SET ?
May I know, if not a military secret,
by how much one tube will make you poorer ?
Thanks in advance for your answers
and if you decide not to answer, thanks anyway for posting
those beautiful twin glass monsters.

I've seen quite of few of those tubes here on planet Vietnam.
The Vietnamese audiophile like those tubes, because it impress
the audiophile friends...
By the way, your rack must be under great stress with
that monster of amplifier on his back.
Hi Guy 13,
the Kronzilla was in my system some 12 years ago and as I am on Solar Power , I had to made some changes ...
the tubes always have been expensive , but I have no idea how much they are today, at the time $2K a pair...I was visiting KR Audio in Prague and luckily did see them being manufactured...a very impressive process and very labour intensive...
the amplifier was very neutral for a SET amp and very powerful with 35 watt...not at all your typical tube amplifier...
the rack was a temporary set up ... it was always my aim to find more neutral components and now after all those years it's a RWA Signature 16 amp with a nice NOS Siemens CCA tube , driving a 99db Horn Speaker...quite a difference in size...no need to impress anyone here
