Amarra auto switching sample rates

Does anyone have an issue with this?  If so, were you able to fix them?  How?

S/R change seems to work fine on my new Mini, but it is still unstable compared to 1.2.  Wont run overnight without crashing.

Also, the volume on itunes is linked to the volume on Amarra.  I'm not sure I'm getting Amarra only.
