Solid-state amp is better in sound stage and dynamic performance, but tube amp is strong at sound smooth and motion parts. They are difference type of amplifier.

We use China Shugang tubes as our stock tubes, it's workable to purchase without the stock tubes. Our price will be $1150.

First, 6P3P is very cheap and do not hype by collector yet. You are hardly to find the power tube under $20/pcs.  6P3P unit price is $12/pcs.
Secondly, we agree the EL34 tube is better at bass performance( compare with 6P3P ). But 6P3P tube have the special taste in vocal performance.
Since 6P3P tubes are not expensive, why do not choice them?

Welcome! We guess the 6P3P sound taste special due to the bottle shape is almost same as 300B/2A3. It makes sound better.
