I already responded with this information but apparently nothing happened. Seriously - if you want to make it happen, then make it happen. Stop just waiting around for someone else to do it.

What would be the scope of such a circle?
Caps only?  Trade, borrow, sell?
Would this be more useful under the Lab?

Think caps-only is good. I was thinking mainly trade/borrow. Jon L's lengthy thread
on caps is in the Lab, so maybe it would be more appropriate. Anyone else have thoughts?
