Question about Furman PL-Plus power conditioner

Hi All,
I just received this Furman "PL-Plus" I bought on Ebay and I'm not sure if the LED voltage meter is working properly because all of the LED's are lit up and steady. I don't have a manual for this thing and the Furman website only has manuals for the "PL-Pluc C" and PL-Plus DMC" models. I' thinking that only one or maybe a couple of LED's should be lit up at any given time, corresponding to the line voltage depicted on the scale (otherwise, how could the meter show the line voltage?).
Is this thing screwed up or what?

ahhh what if your incoming juice IS at about 125?
my AC varies from 117 up to about 127
(I own a Furman REF20i)

Hey, that's right. I should have checked that before... my DVM shows the house voltage at 124v at the outlet. I guess the Furman is working correctly. Thanks!
