Here is a nice Thorens 124 MK I paired with a SME 3009 tone arm. Serial number on the 'Table is 13759. Please see the photos for the cosmetic condition:
'Table: 2 chips in the paint, one near the power/speed control, the other on the front side near the right corner. Speed control top knob has a chip.
'Arm: Some light marks and smudges. They may buff out but no guarantees.
Both are complete and original. The arm includes all weights and mounting screws as well as the original RCA connections. The table includes a plinth that does not look to be original but is a 100% perfect fit and well made from multi-ply birch. The armboard is a multi-layer acrylic with the correct size mounting slot for the SME and includes embedded nuts for the arm as well.
The 'Table holds all 4 speeds, the strobe works, the clutch/brake works and the motor is fully functional. Speed control operates. The idler wheel is supple and has no flat spots. The belt is clean and not dried out. All 4 rubber mushrooms are in place.
This 'Table has NOT been restored. It plays records and sound great as it is. The Stanton EEE on it is NOT functional. This would be a great candidate for a plug and play user OR a re-build/mod if you so desire.
