I like to add there is a nick on the top of the amp .... but does not hurt it in looks and sound ....

Not sure of the rail voltage on this amp i have only open the amp once to many little screws on the top that i just don't want to mess with .. but it's play well good sound . ok i just open the amp here is pictures of the inside
