With my Magneplanar MG 1.6QR's I use single Nordost Flatline Gold MkII speaker cables.  And I use Hi-Fi Tuning Classic 4 amp fast-blow fuses in the tweeters instead the Magnepan-supplied fuses.

I use the Magnan Signature speaker cables - they are a 5" flat copper ribbon type cable that you lay side by side. They work great with my Sound Lab M1-PX and most other electros..

I use Acoustic Zen Hologram with my Apogee Duetta Signatures, before these I used Harmonic Technology Pro-9's.

4 AMP?!?!?!?!?!...........wow.   Scares me to run 2.5A fuses in my 3.6s.

I guess if the high end doesn't go into severe clip.......you could be fine.  You have a lot of trust in your amp my friend. :)

I use special copper cables that allow electrons to flow from one end to the other. Actually, the ones I like are cheap and cheerful - Stinger brand, 10AWG oxygen free copper, made for car audio.
