We have lost a good friend.

David Boyce (boycephoto) passed away on September 24th after a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and finally from complications with a blood infection.

He had been a customer and friend for over 30 years now.  I will miss him very much, as will all who interacted with him here at AC.

I never had much communication with him but we did trade an email or two over the years. Long standing custmers are more of friends than anything else. Our sympathies to the family as well as yourself Frank.

Sympathies to his family and friends. Have read many of his posts over the last few years, his thoughts and contributions will be missed.

I never got to meet him, but I always enjoyed his contributions here and how helpful he was to other people. I'm going to miss him.

Didn't know the man, but I liked his pics. My sympathies also to his wife, family and friends from a fellow AC'er and photographer. Hope the light is good where you are now.

Nice of Frank to post this, I'm sure it would have meant a lot to him.

My sympathies to friends/family...can't say I knew him personally on any level but of course I've read many of his posts on this site and always found him honest and genuine.
