Anti-mode 833 bass calibration

Has anyone had any experience using the DSpeaker Anti-mode 833? I just purchased one to help with the bass response in a truly awful sounding room. Plugging it into the Home Theater input removes the ability to adjust the volume - it is tied to the volume of the pre out of my integrated amp. Right now the summed to mono signal is fed into the left channel input of my ForceXL. The volume can now be adjusted but still, the improvement is less than expected. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi Kevin,
I would suggest that you take this to the Home Theater Circle since this ACI circle appears to be closed.
I would also suggest that you mention the brand of integrated amp that you are using and if it has a dedicated pre subwoofer out.

ACI is closed, but this circle is still open for primarily support. I'm not familiar with the 833, but looked it up. Looks like an interesting and quite possible useful device. Did you do the auto calibration with it?
