Hi!
I bought the uDAC this spring and was very pleased with the quality, but recently I notice a hiss in the left channel.
Once I plug it in there is no hiss, but after a while (perhaps about 15-30 minutes; it sometimes varies) a slight ever growing hiss in the left channel becomes apparent. Eventually it turns very, very, noisy rendering the music impossible to listen to.
To resolve this I reconnect the uDAC.
I'm running Ubuntu Linux on my main computer, but it behaves the same regardless of which computer I use it on.
What should I do?
