I have rearranged my room to get the amps and OB5s closer together, so now I have a run of 6.5' of Kimber speaker cable. Unfortunately this has resulted in a nasty bass bloom/boom. I have researched bass/broadband traps to tame this and made temporary traps until I can make the finish trim models. I've started a more detailed thread in the "Acoustic Circle" laying out all the various particulars.

The temporary results are
not subtle, in fact they are quite extraordinary. I've had a lot of fun playing with their placement, so much so that I think I'm going to invest in some proper measuring equipment.
All the data I've read on room treatment deal with typical box speakers and not dipole/bipole speakers.
I am beginning to research using diffusers as well.
My question to the circle is; what have you done for your OB5s-OB7s and what has worked well?
