Tube Pre-amplifier with E86C

I have E86C Halske Siemens NOS for many years. I would like to diy a pre-amplifier. I shall build it with EZ81.
Please, who can provide-design me a plan!

Hi !
Have you found something using the E86C until now ?

I have used the Siemens E86C triode in some projects. An actually nice tube.
