I am going to move to PC setup so this is my option:
1. Looking for a good USB DAC  --> I tried the BenchMarck DAC1 and Larvy DA10 . However, they don't impress me at all.
   Do you any good USB DAC?
2. Buying a very good USB to SPDEF converter and buy a super good DAC (thinking about the Berkeley Audio now)
so this is my main question:
which converter is the current best one now?
does anyone hear the Sonicweld Diverter 24/96 USB - SPDIF Converter.

Audioclyde has a nice Modwright Transporter (http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/modwright3/transporter.html) in the For Sale forums.

Best one I know of is the Empirical Audio Offramp. Pricey, but they do come up on Audiogon, occasionally. No reason not to buy a used one - it doesn't have moving parts.

The newest model also does up to 24/192; I'm not sure the web site is up to date on this feature.
