How about those Jets? They found a way to win ... again.
Philly over Washington (in a rout, on Monday night)
The Manning boys had rough Sundays. Peyton threw a interception when the Colts were in field goal position to tie the game and Eli fumbled the ball (he was untouched) after running for a first down late in the game.
Hi George, I agree with you but you are missing one additional key to last night's Eagle/Giants' game: dropped balls (by the Eagles). If the Eagle receivers would have held on to a couple of those balls, the game may have been out of hand in the first half. The Eagles settled for fieldgoals instead of touchdowns. I thought the Giant defense did a great job containing Vick (he had no room to run) but they were lucky the Eagle WR's could not hold on to some extremely catcheable balls. The next game should be as entertaining as last night's and I would not be surprised if the Giants prevailed. Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if either team won the game.
Good point on the drops. It really could/should have been a blowout in the first half.George
We all are anticipating some coaching changes at the end of the season. Well, here's another one you can look forward to . . the head coach of the Houston Texans.
As bad as Brad Childress is in MN
