The Jets (jest?) have quit.  Their defensive backs aren't even TRYING to pursue the ball carriers.

Serves the bastards right.  I am STILL pissed at 16-7 in Super Bowl III.

Yep, my worries have surfaced. The Jet's offense has been (more) off and on all season with their defense keeping them in a position to win the 4th quarter close ones. But the Pat's offense has been hot of late,,, waay to hot for the Jets defense tonite. It's all caught up to a team who's really not as good as their record might indicate IMHO. No 4th quarter heroics this week I'm afraid.

The Jets are playing like they don't want to leave too much of their own carnage on the Pat's field.  There will be ANOTHER meeting.  Then we might see an allout game.  Denver dumped their head coach today.  More will probably follow.

Good going PATS!

It certainly looks good for the Pats so far.  Brady has the Jets defense on their heels! Hehe!

I guaranteed a Pats win and told you guys they wouod cover the spread. Don't worry Pats fans, your team will know defeat when they cone to Soldier Field later this month.

Go Bears!

Yeah, the Patriots win a real squeaker.  I expect the Bears will keep it a little closer, but not much- Pats by a mile.

Even tho my Dallas Cowboys have only won 4 games this year, I get a small sense of satisfaction that 2 of them wins are against Eli & Peyton Manning and in their own stadium.

Yeah, I have to chuckle at the misfortunes of the Mannings! :icon_twisted:  You know, it's a shame for you that your Cowgirls...er, "Boys" didn't can their coach 8 weeks ago! :thumb:  Their only loss since has been a close one to the Saints, and they should have won that one.  I hope ditching 200 lbs of Chilly's dead weight will have a similar effect on the Vikes.

The Pats are bring it back to what won them those three Super Bowls.  Four touchdown throws to four different guys.  The offense looked really good last night.  I have a good feeling about this season!!

GO PATS!!!!

I get lots of satisfaction too. Giants went to your stadium and not only sacked  Romo a ton of times but knocked him out. Not too mention we are in first and Cowpokes, well enough said :icon_lol:

I can't wait for next week's game between the Bears and the Pats.  I hope Peppers knocks Brady's head completely off and puts it on a stick...old school.

I also hope the Bears win because it will shut up those irritating ESPN d-bags who are completely biased.  The Bears can't get a break with the East Coast media, no midwest team can.  If the Bears win, they will make excuses for the Pats, just like they did for the Eagles, and if the Bear lose (God forbid) it will be because the Pats are such a great team and Brady is the greatest of all time, etc.  Brady and all of those little receivers better have their heads on a swival (sp?) all day because they are going to get hit.

Unfortunately, Cutler is also going to get hit a lot because the Bears have no offensive line.  Hopefully they can do some things with trickeration.  The Bears also need to work the same "magic" on the turf as they did for the Eagles game.  That turf looked like something you would find in downtown Kabul.

Cheers,

Jman

Old school?  I think that would be Taylor Vs. Theismann.

The only thing that they have going for them now is Jason Garrett.

Jackman: Do the bears really deserve a break?  Do you want some cheese to go with that whine?

The Pats earned the praise they are getting this year.  They were not a favorite to even win thier own division let alone anything else.  Also all active future HOF QBs get fluffed by the media.  Its the nature of the beast.
Anyway keep talking, it makes Mondays much more fun!!

No hard feelings Robin, just the facts. Yes great memories, Romo fumbling the snap against Seattle :duh: , Giants beating you at your house in the playoffs to go the Superbowl :thumb: But there is a light at the tunnel b/c like Jason said your best recent memory is the firing of Wade. Team actually looks tough again.
