I just wanted to thank Rachel and Ian at Grant Fidelity!! They truly provided excellent customer service when I needed it most. I'm very happy to be a Grant Fidelity customer and look forward to whatever new products they have to offer. Cheers!!!! :thumb: :thumb:

A few months back I purchased a Tube DAC-09 and it recently started to have problems, after some email correspondence it was determined that the unit should be replaced, they promptly took care of the swap and I'm happy to report the new unit is functioning
perfectly, as a matter of fact -and for whatever reason this piece seems to sound better then the first one. Don't know why, probably just in my head, maybe this production run had component changes...either way, the music sounds good as it should!!! :thumb: :thumb:

Sonny- I love it, very full sound, the golden tone of tubes!! The only other DAC I tried was the Maverick D1 and it was in a totally different setup. I use it as a pre-amp with my Virtue TWO.2 and roll tubes when I get restless and want to tweak. This piece -for the price point and features- just offers so much versatility I can't say enough about it. Couple that with Grant's experience and customer service and its a win,win for me.
The DAC itself is made very well, and performs well above its price range..I use the digital inputs almost exclusively and the unit itself is very quiet...make sure you change the jumpers if you want to use it as a pre-amp, It ships configured as a line level DAC...its an easy tweak..enjoy..get a bunch of tubes and knock yourself out!!!
