I'm forced to sell one of my favorite pieces, the MAD Line2A SE. This unit has Blackgate upgrade and Tantalum film resistors (maybe the first unit ever to have them, it wasn't on the website before my order). 4 inputs, 2 outputs. The preamp is in excellent condition, red body and light sides (pictures will be up as soon as I can borrow a high quality camera). It has a new connecting cable that Lloyd says is an improvement (purchased from him). I will include a pair of fabulous Tung Sols and some other tubes with the purchase. I have some GE, RCA, and Sylvania tubes that change the sound signature some. The unit came with Tung Sols, but the ones equipped are a bit better (for some reason, the included tubes were different from each other a tiny). Also have extra rectifier tubes included. Enough tubes to last a lifetime, to be sure. I believe it was purchased two years ago and was not used as much as I'd have liked...probably a couple hundred hours.
It's hard to top this preamp without spending a lot more money. The 3 dimensionality of tubes without mucking anything else up.
