I noticed that on your any EQ calculator (very nice tool, thank you!), R8 and R26 would turn out to be 7.182k for an RIAA equilization, yet they are spec'd at 8.45k in the design.  What is the reason for this?  Would 7.18k yield a filter that is more strictly accurate to the RIAA curve?

Thanks

The 7.18k is indeed correct.  In the Bugle, this equivalent resistance is the 8.45k in parallel with the 48.5k bias of the following section.
