HP 27" Full HD Monitor for $285, with free shipping.

This is an excellent price on a very good monitor and can be used as an HDTV with a cable or satellite STB.

Pretty low resolution for such a big monitor.... only has a rez more suitable to a 22-24".

If you use it for HT as much as you use as a PC monitor, then it's actually preferable to go with a native 1080p screen so there's no rescaling.  For places with dual-duty HT / PC (dorms, bedrooms) this is actually pretty ideal. :)
