Rogue Metis/Odyssey Stratos

OK, just got my rebuilt amp from Klaus this morning. My old Vincent SA-31 plays thru it beautifuly, plenty of gain, but my Rogue Metis has no volume to speak of...I hooked to the variable gain on the rogue and by-passed my Changlightsppeed, still hardly any gain!  Any help, please!! :scratch:

Also, I'm using the RCAs with Kimber Hero ICs and 8TC speaker cable. I've up graded tubes to Sylvania 6sn7gtb from the stock Chinese but neither make a difference...
