I have the chance of setting up a group buy in on LED equipment rack lights.
One of the guys I work with is importing LED lights and I have asked him to do a set up for a 4 shelf equipment rack with transformer. There would be strips of LEDs with an adhesive back that could be stuck to the underside of equipment racks or anything else for that matter. He would be able to do some pretty aggressive pricing if there is a few of us that want some. I'll bring some samples along on the 3rd.
